On Saturday 18 June 2022, Tendance Fruit was commissioned by the employers’ centre, along with other carefully selected local craftsmen (Suther butcher’s, Boillat confectioner and chocolate maker, Spoon et Cætera ice-cream maker, Kooka-Coffee coffee roaster, Jorat brewery and regional wine producers), to provide a catering service based on the best fresh fruit.

An open day organised in Lausanne by the employers’ centre and to which SME managers from the Lake Geneva region were invited.

According to the participants, the quality of the products, the professionalism of the service and the richness of the offer were all there!
