We are very pleased to present our latest creation: caramelized cashews with sesame.
Developed by Tendance Fruit, in collaboration with Sushizen, it is a 100% artisanal confectionery product.
The cashew nuts and sesame seeds are roasted before being caramelized in a praline pan. The cashews are then delicately separated, bagged and labeled by hand in our workshop.
