So how do you prepare this salad to make it a success with all the young and old gourmets?
Here is the list of ingredients for 8 people:
1 pineapple, 2 mangoes, 3 kiwis and 3 passion fruits. Depending on your taste, you can add freshly squeezed orange or lemon juice and a few mint leaves.
Cut off both ends of the pineapple. Then cut it in half lengthwise and each half in half again. Remove the hard central part of the pineapple. Remove the skin from each quarter, cut into pieces of +/- 3 to 4 cm and put them in a large bowl.
Peel the mangoes, remove the pits and cut into pieces of +/- 3 to 4 cm. Put them in the bowl.
Peel the kiwis, cut them in half lengthwise and then into strips. Put them in the bowl.
Cut the passion fruit in half. With a small spoon, pour the seeds directly into the bowl.
Stir all the fruit gently, serve immediately or set aside for a few hours in the refrigerator, remembering to take the salad out at least 30 minutes in advance so that it regains all its flavour.
